Why isn't there tracking information in my order?

If you do not see any tracking data in your shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, your package should still arrive by the due date. You may see some common factors why tracking results are unavailable on our Tracking Shipments Help page.


To take advantage of FREE Shipping:

  • Place a minimum of $25 of eligible merchandise within your Shopping Cart.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Ship your items to just one U.S. address.
  • Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" as your shipping preference.
  • Select FREE Shipping as the shipping speed. The transaction will be delivered within 3-9 working days after all of the merchandise is available to ship (including pre-order items).
  • Place your order, and enjoy the free delivery!

Utilizing this type of shipping option, we fulfill the transaction in a more cost-efficient way. This enables us to give our savings onto you in the form of free shipping. Though it might take some extra time to pack and ship your order, you'll still receive it in the estimated delivery time period.

All products shipped to those countries via Priority International Shipping, as well as in certain instances product shipped via Standard or Expedited International Shipping, are included in the program and an import fees deposit is collected with them. * Note: Books which need special handling as they are extremely heavy (such as, multi-volume sets) cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. If this is so, it is noted on the product detail page.

Generally if the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," although the tariff of the item remains stated within the customs form.

Customs authorities require price of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

Returns & Replacements

The above mentined conditions (including, if applicable, terms in connection with the Import Fee Deposit) also affect the shipment of any replacement product that could be shipped if you experience an issue with the initial shipment. Any time you return a product to us, you're the exporter from the destination country. Title and chance of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.
